2. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you have statutory rights that cannot be excluded. Our goods come with guarantees that they will be of acceptable quality, fit for any disclosed purpose and match their description. If our goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement or refund, depending on the failure). We will comply with our obligations under the ACL. This Return Policy is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights.

3. Change of mind (voluntary returns)

If you simply change your mind about a purchase, we may still offer a return or exchange at our discretion, subject to the following conditions:

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us with your order number. We will work with the carrier to trace the delivery. If the order is confirmed lost in transit, we will either send a replacement at no extra cost or refund you in full. We may require you to confirm that the product has not been received before issuing a replacement or refund.

6. How to request a return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at notifyuse@valtoraneyxei.world (or use the contact details above) with your name, order number, the product(s) you wish to return and the reason (e.g. change of mind, fault, wrong item).
  2. We will respond with instructions, including where to send the product and any reference number to include.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging if possible, and send it to the address we provide. For change-of-mind returns, use a traceable delivery method and keep proof of postage.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the outcome and process any refund or replacement in line with this policy and the ACL.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first; we need to confirm eligibility and provide the correct return address and reference.

7. Refund method and timing

Refunds will be made to the same payment method you used for the purchase (e.g. card or PayPal). We will process the refund within a reasonable time after we approve the return—typically within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product. It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to credit the amount to your account. If you have not received the refund within a reasonable period, contact us and we will assist you.

8. Products that cannot be returned

For health and safety reasons we do not accept returns of opened or used dietary supplement products unless they are faulty or do not meet a consumer guarantee. Sealed products that have been opened or tampered with are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If you have received a product that is defective or incorrect, the provisions in section 4 apply.

If you are located outside Australia, the same principles in this policy apply where we agree to accept a return. You are responsible for return postage and any customs or import charges. Refunds will be in the currency and via the method we used for the original payment, subject to any fees that may apply.

10. Complaints and disputes

We aim to resolve all return and refund requests fairly and in line with the ACL. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to refer the matter to your local consumer protection authority. In Australia, you can contact the consumer affairs agency in your state or territory or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when it was last revised. Changes will apply to returns requested after the update is posted. For returns relating to orders placed before a change, we will apply the policy that was in place at the time of purchase unless the change is more favourable to you or required by law. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
